E10 Open Contract YAML Editor

Goal: Edit a saved contract.

Prerequisites: V10a; Positron or VS Code; plain editing needs no live R connection.

MANUAL: Open policies.contract.yaml and run DataRaft: Open Contract YAML Editor. Change a description, inspect Preview and try Discard. Edit again and Apply. Apply leaves the buffer unsaved; save deliberately afterward.
