Read declared dataset lineage without evaluating transformations

- context
- Context from
ide_context(). - selection
- Workspace or lake context handle.
- handle
- Optional product or result handle.
- limit
- Maximum records, from 1 to 500.
Value
A list with at most
limit nodes and edges, and a truncation flag.
Every returned edge has both endpoints in the returned nodes.
